BemerkungenWhat makes this Daytona particularly fascinating is its origin: In the 1970s, it was acquired by a Yugoslavian pilot who was undergoing pilot training in Libya. The back of the watch features an Arabic engraving indicating the "Armed Forces Officers Shop," and the case back bears the watch's serial number, as is customary for Rolex military timepieces. These characteristics underscore the uniqueness of this timepiece. Notably, this watch comes as a complete package with its original box and accompanying papers. Furthermore, it underwent a service in September by a renowned Rolex dealer. The watch is in an unpolished and entirely original condition. During the servicing, there was a strong emphasis on ensuring that nothing was replaced, guaranteeing the watch's authenticity.
