Additional Informations: This exceptional Submariner 5513 dates back to the mid-1970s and features one of the highly sought-after Pre-Comex dials, an early version of the iconic Maxi-Dial. Distinctive elements include the large luminous markers, open “6,” and bold serif font, which has all characteristic of the transitional period just before the first COMEX deliveries.
The matte dial is in excellent condition, showcasing beautifully aged lume with a pleasing patina. The case remains unpolished, retaining its sharp edges, what is a rare find in the vintage world. Completing the package are a correct MK3 bezel insert and the reliable Caliber 1520 movement.
