Additional Informations: The Patek Philippe Nautilus with the increasingly rare reference 3710/1A was produced from 1998 to 2005 and is now difficult to find on the market in untouched condition.
This model is the first in the Nautilus line to feature a complication - a sophisticated power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock (also known as the “comet” due to the entire display rotating and resembling a passing comet), integrated into a black dial with applied Roman numerals.
The stainless steel case and bracelet follow the well-known design language of Gérald Genta, combining sporty functionality with a clear and restrained aesthetic.
This particular example dates from 2005, the final production year for this reference. The watch remains in unpolished original condition with minor, age-appropriate signs of wear. The movement runs flawlessly. It is offered with the original box, which - like many examples of this series - shows material-related aging inside, a known characteristic among collectors.
The Patek Philippe archive extract has been requested; however, according to the official website, there is currently a minimum waiting period of approximately 10 weeks.
(The extract is included in our offer and will be provided promptly upon receipt.)
An important note: Patek Philippe has announced that it will no longer produce Nautilus models in stainless steel. This makes references like the 3710/1A increasingly scarce and emphasizes their significance within the model’s history.
