Additional Informations: The Patek Philippe Ref. 5146R is one of the particularly elegant interpretations of the manufacture’s Annual Calendar. The warm rose gold case combined with the light dial gives the watch a classic yet pleasantly understated appearance.
The Annual Calendar displays the day, date and month, automatically taking into account months with 30 or 31 days. It is complemented by the characteristic moon phase and the power reserve indication at 12 o’clock. Only once a year, at the end of February, does the 5146 need a little attention.
This example dates from 2009 and is in virtually like-new condition. The watch comes as a full set with its original Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, as well as a recent Extract from the Archives dated August 2026. Also included are the original 18k rose gold folding clasp, setting pin, document folder and booklet.
